Margoschis college got an opportunity to visit Arul industry ,Vellankulam on
26.9.2013 by 10 am. where they learnt to made pressure cooker. The popular products
of the industry are non stick wares, induction stove, milk boiler, table top
grinder etc.,
The
industry prepares more than 3000 products per day. Aluminium is the raw
material for the industry. Alloy of aluminium is prepared to increase the
tensile strength, corrosion resistance, recyclability etc., Various stages of
preparation like melting, casting, moulding, rolling ,waste management
recycling were eagerly seen by the students.
They
also visited Arul industry by 1.00 pm on the same day where they prepare food
serving equipments. Aluminium is the raw material for the industry. Various
stages of preparation were eagerly seen by the students Industry provide job opportunities
to many people. The visit was very useful.
Study Tour
A study tour to Kodaikanal was
arranged on 25.2.14. The students enjoyed the nature. The visit was educational
and recreational.
